Ordering & Paying for Leavers Hoodies

How do secondary schools order leavers hoodies?

Secondary schools can use Wave Ed's online ordering service to collect individual hoodie orders and payments. After the school provides the basic package, design and colour details, an online shop is created and promotional materials are provided to share with the year group free of charge!

Can students order their own leavers hoodies online?

Yes. The standard secondary service allows individual hoodie orders to be placed through an online shop. Wave Ed collects the order information and payment online.

Does the school need to collect payments?

No schools do not need to collect individual payments when using the online ordering service. Wave Ed collects the orders and payments online as standard.

Can schools place a manual order instead?

Yes. A manual ordering option is available for schools that prefer not to use the online shop.

What happens once all hoodie orders have been placed?

Once orders are complete, production begins and delivery is arranged to the school on a pre-arranged date. Each hoodie is individually bagged and labelled before delivery.
